Premiere is used for making QT films, but is has no
midi track. Maybe the new Premiere 5.0 will?
-- use Avid Videoshop _ you can easily create different
audio/video/MIDI/title tracks!
If you compare the 2 programs _ Videoshop is far better as a concept.

Dear all,

I have just completed writing a sizable patch to use in an interactive
installation which will use David Rockeby's VNS. I have used the scaler
and RCer objects a great deal and then noticed when compiling them into a
collective that they are not Power PC compatible - AHHHH disaster, I shall
be running it on a PPC which is being supplied by the festival, sooooo, I
ask and hope,

Are there PPC versions of
scaler and
RCer

available at present.

Cheers,

Garth

a FAT version of "RCer" is on the Max3.5 CD-rom.
I don't know about a "scaler" object but there is a "scale" object at IRCAM
ftp://ftp.ircam.fr/pub/forumnet/max in the PPC utilities folder.
