MidiShare, last time I fooled with it, had a midi monitoring object, but
this begs the question of whether current versions of MidiShare can coexist
with OMS. They also had an OpenShare utility that was supposed to mediate
between Apple Midi Manager and OMS, but I never really got it working
right.

Anyone tried the more recent versions? I stopped messing with it in the
interests of keeping my Midi setup simple, but I wonder from time to time
if I'm missing anything worthwhile.

Did a Stroll on the net and came up with these URLs. All fat Monitor
utilities (I Think), some only run on Midi Manager and sounded promising
from there descriptions (didn't have time to use them)

Until June 1997, Michael Sweet posted regularly a MaxListserve Archive at
serial.music.uiowa.edu. He mailed to the list on June 4th that he was
resigning as the archivist as of the end of July 1997.

Do you know if anyone took over the archiving since that time?

Does anyone know of a patcher out there or a method that I can use to
get MAX to play a quicktime movie full screen? I know I can do this with
a pict but I can't seem to figure out how to get it done with a
quicktime movie.
