I can't find a final response regarding the bugs in the counter object. I
am using 3.5.1 and am still having problems with the "hit count maximum"
outlet. It still seems to send a 1 only as the clock ticks over from the
maximum to the minimum.

As I remember, and as my old patches profess, it used to output a 1 on
reaching the maximum and a 0 when rolling over to the minimum.

Is there a solution that I missed? (Other than reworking all my patches?)

I am having trouble with the fullscreen command for thispatcher. I have
setup a patcher window to toggle between fullscreen and normal size. A
loadbang sets up the patch fullscreen but when I try to change to normal
size
MAX 3.5.1 crashes. Any ideas why?

                      PB5300 Interrupts 5/4/97

A few weeks ago David Z mentioned that the 1 kHz interrupt rate for MIDI
exceeded what the PB 5300 could handle gracefully. He also mentioned that
it
is possible to slow down the interrupt rate to make MAX work a little better
on the 5300.

How can I slow the interrupt rate down on a 5300 to improve performance?

Thanks,

Neil Leonard
