Yes, there is a limit; I forget what it is, but I ran into this problem
along time ago.

It's best (and necessary) to segment your text into several comment boxes.

Dear Maxers!

Additionaly to the IRCAM ftp-site, I downloaded version 3.1 of my "Realtime
Composition Library" to the following sites:

1) Studio for Advanced Music and Media Technology (Linz, Austria):
a binary, self-extracting file (0.7 MB)

        ftp://ftp.samt.co.at/pub/samt/RTC/RTC-lib_3.1.sea.bin

2) Algorithmic Composition Archive (University of Iowa):
a binhexed self-extracting archive (1.0 MB) - use Fetch or a standard
command-line ftp client for Netscape won't work!

        ftp://serial.music.uiowa.edu/pub/upload/RTC-lib_3.1.sea.hqx

More informations about the new update which runs on PowerPC and Macintosh
can be found at:

Cheers, and happy MAXin'

How much memory space is allocated for an Atom?

I don't know what this means exactly but I forgot to mention, Netscape FTP
is not compatible with the server at serial.music.uiowa.edu; use Fetch
instead.

As far as max books go, I think the only one that exists is in Japanese. I
don't think any translation has been made.....
