email to LISTSERV@MCGILL1.BITNET with the word " HELP " typed in the body
of the message. Hope this helps.

  You may  leave the list  at any  time by sending  a "SIGNOFF MAX"  command
to
LISTSERV@MCGILL1.BITNET  (or  LISTSERV@VM1.MCGILL.CA).  Please note  that
this
command must NOT be sent to the  list address (MAX@MCGILL1) but to the

Because, as I understand it, the 604 chip in the 7600 has a wider data
path and therefore does things much faster than a 603 chip running at a
higher clock speed (more bytes per munch, or something like that).  Kind
of like the difference between a 386 and a 386sx??
